Protein Varieties

Prestige Protein
Prestige is a pea protein concentrate derived from field pea. Prestige pea protein contains 50% protein (N x 6.25, dry weight basis) and has excellent emulsification capacity, oil and water absorption and holding, and foaming capacity. Prestige has an excellent amino acid profile, is GMO-free, gluten-free and has a very low allergenicity.


Propel Protein
Propel pea protein is concentrated from the yellow field pea and contains 44% protein (N x 6.25, dry weight basis). Propel is an excellent protein for use in aquaculture, poultry and young swine diets due to its high lysine content, which is often a limiting amino acid in feed. Propel pea protein, as with all our proteins, is GMO-free with a very low allergenicity.


Fababean Protein
Faba protein is an excellent vegetable based fishmeal replacement. It has a similar amino acid profile and a similar protein content to fishmeal.This legume protein has excellent fat and oil absorption capability, is non-GMO and processed to ensure its natural and functional attributes remain intact.


Progress Protein
Progress pea protein is produced from the yellow or green field pea. The protein is very natural and functional and has a protein content of 56%. Its attributes such as being non-GMO, low allergenic, gluten-free, functional and natural, make it an excellent and valuable ingredient in any food recipe.
